A graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. In 1987 he received a degree of Doctor of pharmaceutical sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Wroclaw Medical University and in 1996 a Postdoctoral degree.
He is co-author of more than 80 publications and 15 Polish and international patents, the number of citations about 670, Hirsch factor of more than 13, the total IF of publications of more than 125 (according to Google Scholar).
The main author of technology of obtaining nanopowders of copper from industrial waste.
Since 1993 he led successfully the implementation works on electrometallurgy and nanopowders as well as on uses of bio impedance methods in medical diagnostics in research institutions and technology companies, among others in Poland, Great Britain, France, Spain and Canada.
