He represents the Lukasiewicz Research Network in the Coordinating Council for Hydrogen Economy, under the Ministry of Climate and Environment. He is the leader of the Lukasiewicz Program – Hydrogen Economy and Offshore Wind Energy, as well as the Lukasiewicz Infrastructure Center within this research area. He coordinates activities related to hydrogen economy, conducted by the institutes being part of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, in particular research projects and research infrastructure, as well as cooperation with Łukasiewicz strategic partners. Author of more than 50 publications of national and international scope, manager of more than 50 R&D projects aimed at industrial implementation, expert in the areas of Energy and Transportation, in the field of electricity conversion and storage, as well as propulsion systems.
