Recruited as CNRS permanent member in the Laboratoire d’Electrochimie Moléculaire, (Paris 7 University) director Dr C. P. Andrieux, in may 1988.
Promoted to a professor position in the University of Franche Comté (Laboratoire de Chimie et d’Electrochimie Moléculaire) in october 1993. Change to a new professor position in Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in 1998 onwards. Leader of a 8 -14 people research team, in the PPSM Laboratory until 2016, when the leadership of the group was passed onto Dr. G. Clavier.
Post-doctoral position in the Laboratoire de Physico-chimie Moléculaire du Centre d’Etudes Nucléaires de Grenoble from August 1987-April 1988 (dir. Dr. M. Pinéri)
