Daniel Cekała

Since September 1, 2024, he has served as General Manager of the Concrete and Precast Division. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, where he completed postgraduate studies in the Discovery LH Leadership Programme. He has been involved in the production of construction materials from the beginning of his professional career. He began in 2002 at a heavy precast plant, where he was responsible for quality control and concrete technologies. He joined the Holcim team in 2008 as Laboratory Manager. Over the following years, he developed his expertise in concrete technology, becoming Regional Director for the East Region in 2015. His new responsibilities included concrete sales and production, as well as aggregate sales for 1.5 years. In 2019, he assumed the position of Sales and Innovation Director, where he created sales policy and introduced new tools to optimize sales.
