I drive technological advancement and business growth by seeking, implementing, and protecting innovations. With over ten years of experience in both industry and academia, I currently manage XTPL’s Intellectual Property portfolio. My role also involves leading R&D projects from conception to product, including preparing international grant proposals to fund high-impact, high-risk R&D initiatives. I earned my Ph.D. in physics in Italy, where I focused on next-generation solar cells. In my research, I used numerical simulations to optimize light trapping inside thin solar cells by balancing order and disorder in photonic structures.
