Dr. Agnieszka Piekara – affiliated with the Wrocław University of Economics, the Department of Process Management at the Faculty of Management. An expert in the field of the circular economy and the zero-waste concept, primarily in the area of food supplements, food waste analysis and prevention, as well as food technology and nutrition. Her scientific interest is also focused on consumer behavior research. She is an experienced member of teams conducting research projects and preparing applications for external funding for scientific projects. She also collaborates with companies, supporting them in optimizing production processes.
