Information Clause – Participants of InterNanoPoland 2019 Conference

Pursuant to Art. 13.1 and Art. 13.2 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (“DGPR”), it is agreed that:

  1. The Personal Data Controller responsible for personal data of Participants of InterNanoPoland 2019 Conference is its organiser – Fundacja Wspierania Nanonauk i Nanotechnologii NANONET with the registered office in Katowice 40-098, ul. Młyńska 5, phone: 883 777 709, e-mail address: fundacja@nanonet.pl;
  2. The objectives of personal data processing are:
  1. the organisation and conducting of InterNanoPoland 2019 Conference;
  2. distribution of marketing and organisational information;
  3. settlement of transactions related with the Conference and pursuing claims regarding transactions related with the Conference;
  1. Participants of the Conference have the right to access their personal data and the rights of rectification and erasure of personal data, the right of restriction of data processing, the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  2. Disclosure of personal data is voluntary. It is necessary for taking part in InterNanoPoland 2019 Conference, as well as for the realisation of the objectives described in point 2 above;
  3. All Participants are entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw, if they assume that personal data processing breaches the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
  4. Pursuant to the provisions of law, the Conference Participants’ personal data may be transferred, if necessary, to other controllers and processors authorised to perform tasks requiring data processing. The abovementioned entities are obliged not to disclose any personal data during its processing;
  5. Personal data of the Conference Participants will not be disclosed to the third countries;
  6. Personal data of the Conference Participants will not undergo automated data processing, including data profiling;
  7. Personal data of the Conference Participants will not be stored longer than it is necessary for the implementation of the objectives specified in point 2 above. The period of data storage may differ depending on the objectives.

 

Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby agree and consent that the organiser of the scientific and business conference InterNanoPoland 2019 and the Personal Data Controller – Fundacja Wspierania Nanonauk i Nanotechnologii NANONET with the registered office in Katowice 40-098, ul. Młyńska 5, phone: 883 777 709, e-mail address: fundacja@nanonet.pl may process my personal data for the purposes of registration and organisation of InterNanoPoland 2019 Conference.

I agree that the Personal Data Controller – Fundacja Wspierania Nanonauk i Nanotechnologii NANONET may use and reproduce my physical likeness by means of photographs taken during the scientific and business conference InterNanoPoland 2019. The consent covers any techniques and fields of exploitation (including print, the Internet, and press coverage) and is granted without time limits and territorial limits. The physical likeness can be reproduced only for informational purposes and to promote the Conference and its future editions.

I declare that I have been informed that my personal data is necessary for the registration process and participation in the Conference. I disclosed my personal data voluntarily.

I agree to receive marketing information electronically, at the e-mail address provided in the registration form.
