Krzysztof Jakubczak, PhD, is a MSc from the Institute of Optoelectronics of the Military University of Technology,Warsaw, Poland. He achieved his PhD from the Czech Technical University in Prague. His technical background is in optoelectronics, medical devices and IT. He was trained at Stanford University, Synchrotron Desy, Salamanca University, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
Krzysztof has more than 13 years of experience in R&D. As Deputy Project Manager he worked on design of HiLASE laser research center. He led the R&D team as a Research Program Leader working on development of lasers for industrial applications. His commercial experience covers production engineering and R&D projects in medical devices, consulting in tech-transfer and building technological companies. In his career he was responsible for revision of about 4000 projects for various institutions and investors. He has been advisor to MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, LaserLab Europe, numerous investors, innovators and individuals willing to set up their own technology-based companies. Now, Krzysztof runs 2 deep tech companies. One of them being nanoemi specializing in 2D materials and advanced composites.
nanoemi
NanoEmi is a deep-tech company focused on the 2D materials, especially flake graphene and composites for efficient screening of electromagnetic radiation. NanoEMI is targeted to disrupt EMI shielding materials to address the electromagnetic interference (EMI) problem. We are also a European producer of pure graphene in the form of powdered graphene flakes and a suspension of graphene flakes.
