He graduated from the University of Southampton and the National University of Singapore with a
degree in electrical engineering. He worked for several years at Rolls-Royce Power Systems on a
number of R&D projects. Some of the most interesting of these include, for example, work on the
sensors and control system of a hybrid vertical take-off and landing aircraft, as well as the
optimization of a "power-to-X" network based on MTU hydrogen engines. At Sygnis SA, he is
responsible for the development and market implementation of 3D printing technology from low-
temperature glass to automate the production of nanostructured fiber optic preforms
(https://syglass.sygnis.pl/). On a daily basis, he is active in start-up environments and is, among
others, a graduate of the "School of Pioneers" program organized by the Polish Development Fund.
